Our mission

To supply major multiple retailers in the UK and Europe with reliable and sustainably sourced jewellery and accessory brands — while maintaining brand integrity and TLKE values.

We focus on three core pillars of continuous improvement across our business: Environment, People, and Governance.

Environment

At TLKE, respect for the environment is fundamental to how we operate and grow. We recognise the responsibility we have to minimise our impact and to make thoughtful decisions that support a more sustainable future — from the materials we select and the partners we work with, to the way we design, produce and distribute our products.

Sustainability is not a fixed destination for TLKE, but an ongoing journey. We believe progress comes from transparency, accountability and a willingness to keep learning.

2025 — 2030

Sustainability objectives

01

Climate Action

We are committed to operating a carbon-neutral business and reducing emissions across our operations and retail distribution. We have transitioned to electric company vehicles, prioritise virtual meetings, and source 30% of our office energy from renewables. Between 2025 and 2030 we will measure and monitor full Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and set science-aligned reduction targets.

02

Responsible Distribution & Retail

We will minimise the environmental impact of how our products are stored, transported and delivered.

  • Optimise distribution routes and consolidate shipments to reduce freight emissions
  • Increase the use of low-emission and electric delivery partners where available
  • Reduce packaging volume and transition to recyclable, reusable, or certified sustainable materials
  • Work with retail and wholesale partners to align on responsible logistics and packaging standards
03

Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain

We are committed to transparency and ethical sourcing across our supply chain. From 2025 onwards, we will maintain full supply-chain mapping and regularly assess environmental, ethical and operational risks to ensure our products and packaging meet B Corp standards and support continuous improvement.
