Our mission
Our mission is to supply major multiple retailers in the UK and Europe with a reliable and sustainably sourced supply of jewellery and accessory brands, whilst maintaining their brand integrity and TLKE values. We focus on three core pillars of continuous improvement across our business - Environment, People, and Governance.
Environment
We are committed to working in a way that protects the environment by using natural resources responsibly and sourcing from carefully managed supply chains.
All TLKE staff have a duty of care to ensure that our commitments are upheld and that we work in the spirit of continuous improvement. Further details are documented in our Employee Company Handbook, with environmental objectives documented in our annual strategy and progress reported in our impact report.
We expect our suppliers to engage in reasonable due diligence to ensure that all other metals, diamonds and gemstones delivered and/or sold to TLKE are sourced from supply chains that do not inflict environmental damage under prevailing industry standards.

2023-25 Objectives
Run a carbon neutral company
We have already taken some small steps to reduce our carbon footprint. Our company cars are electric and have moved to online meetings where possible.
30% of the energy used at our office is from renewable sources.
We know there is a lot more we can do.
In 2023 we will fully map our scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions. This will help us to better understand our footprint and set targets to reduce emissions further.
Ensure our product and packaging is sustainability sourced
We continually work with our logistics and distribution team to streamline the way we transport our jewellery. We’ve already found ways to consolidate our orders to reduce deliveries.
In 2023 we will map our supply chain and conduct an analysis to identify any risks.
Planet mark
We are proud to announce that we are working with Planet Mark to measure our carbon footprint and have a positive impact on the planet and society. Through the Planet Mark Business Certification, we will be measuring and reducing our carbon footprint to ensure that we are embedding sustainability into our business practices.
Committing to achieving Planet Mark Business Certification demonstrates our dedication to sustainability. We are excited to start reducing our carbon emissions to help create a planet that is fit for us and future generations.
